Water resistance

Patented WaterFlyWheel offers natural and self-regulating resistance for fluid movements, without impact or torsion. By changing the height of the crank as much as possible, the difficulty of the exercise will be increased.

Bikes, ellipticals and treadmills are the "cardio" machines found in all fitness centers and many homes. They are very effective, but they all have in common to apply almost exclusively as the lower limbs. The WaterGrinder restores a certain balance by using a movement never reproduced before.

During the sessions on the WaterGrinder you will only exercise the upper body muscles: the muscles of the arms, shoulders, abdomen and chest, as well as the muscles of the whole back.

The only “cardio” machine that only uses the upper body muscles. You will work on your strength and endurance simultaneously. Your sessions can be short and intense for power work, or long and more flexible for endurance work, or both.

Thanks to the water resistance, the movements performed will be fluid, without twisting or impacting the well-being of the body.
