SHIPPING AND RETURNS

From the time of order confirmation, your handmade furniture will take approximately from 4 to 8 weeks to be completely built by our craftmen. Delivery times vary according to every single item. As these products are made completely by hand, they may cause production delays.

Classic Design Italia has remained faithful to a production made by Italian artisans and to the control of the origin and quality of the materials.

We are one of the few companies to have obtained the 100% Made in Italy certification granted by the Instituto per la Tutela dei Produttori Italiani (Italian Manufacturers Protection Institute).

- Shipping fees:  : They can vary according to the selected products and you can check them in your cart. Shipping fees applied only for continental expeditions: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom. If you live on an island or in a not prior specified country shipping fees can change. In this case our customer service will contact you within 24 hours to inform you.

- Tracking: : You can check the status of your order anytime in your account.

The customer shall check the condition of the goods when they are delivered and in front of the courier. In case of damaged items please indicate the problem in the delivery note and contact immediately our Customer Service that will help you to file an insurance claim with the courier service in order to request the replacement of the damaged part.
