Sales Executive

WE ARE HIRING!

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You'll interact with prospects & customers via email, telephone and live chat on our website. This role is based at our head office in San Marino, Italy, but home office is also an option.

YOUR ROLE:

• Managing the inbound enquiries through various channels (website, FB, live chat) and maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Generating quotes for our design, classic and contemporary, furniture and processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Proposing customised designs generated by our 3D graphic artists.
• Converting the leads into customers via email and telephone conversations.
• Following up where necessary to maximise every opportunity, ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support:

YOUR PROFILE:

• Design-minded and experience in the furniture sector.
• Experienced to stay calm when customers are demanding.
• Patience, flexibility, good telephone manners and overall good communications skills.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Fluent in French and good knowledge of another language.
